 Student Counselling and Support 

 The Centre for Healthy Minds and Wellbeing provides counselling services to enhance personal and emotional well being as well as to provide information on academic pathways and career development to university students. Our counsellors are qualified, well-trained and we abide by counselling ethics and laws. We counsel with care, and respect students’ privacy and confidentiality at our counselling sessions. Our counsellors are registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) and we speak most of the major languages in Malaysia.

Peer Support

We believe that peer support is as important as good quality counseling support. That’s why we roped in peers who are altruistic and empathetic to provide Peer Support to our students.

Peer Helping Programme

Aims to equip students with counselling based communication skills Students learn how to be empathetic and altruistic Peer Helpers.

Peer Mentoring Programme

A ‘Senior Guiding Junior’ programme Freshmen in need are guided by trained mentors for 2 to 4 weeks.
